Shipping:
The products will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being cleared, and usually take 3 to 7 days for delivery. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 days of placing the order. We attempt to stock all items in our warehouse. If the items is not in stock then it will be shipped direct from our supplier. Some of our suppliers are based outside the UK, therefore a customs charge may apply during delivery. PC Point Ltd takes full responsibility in the case that you are charged Customs. We attempt to pay the charges before the goods are delivered to you, however in the case that you are charged, then please pay the tax and contact us, so we can refund you the tax amount. The attached invoice from our supplier may not show correct order details and amounts, for customs clearance reasons. The customer invoice is accessible by logging on to your account on www.pc-point.co.uk.
We WILL refund all customs charges to UK customers.
Orders from around the world are welcome. The price inclusive of tax will be payable by the customer. The shipping price may not be calculated accurately for overseas and highlands orders, therefore we will inform you of the difference if any, before despatching your order.
Returns/Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to sales@pc-point.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.
- If the goods have already been despatched then you will be responsible for the cost to send the goods back to our warehouse, and we will deduct the actual delivery cost from the refund amount.
- In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return. When we receive the goods back to our warehouse we will either repair/replace the item, or offer credit towards purchasing another item from PC Point Ltd.
- Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.
- Read the item description carefully! We will ship you whatever you order. Although we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies, we do not accept returns of healthy products which were simply mis-ordered by you. If you are in an NTSC video color region, don't order PAL products for your market. Check if your country's networks will match the GSM frequency bands of Cell Phones you are ordering. Check if your locality has free DVB-T broadcasts before buying DVB-T digital TV receivers. If the driver's seat is on the left, don't order left side passenger sun visor Car DVD Monitors! Duh! You will be liable for sending the goods back to our shop, and we will not refund any delivery or customs charges.
- We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products. We not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of our products.
- If the product is listed with free shipping, then a courier charge of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. For example if a product is listed as £50 with free shipping, but the courier charged £5 for delivery, and the order needs to be cancelled, then we will deduct £5 delivery and 20% restocking fee, therefore the total refund amount will be "(£50 - £5) - 20% = £36". Faulty items will be refunded in full, including reasonable return delivery charges. Please contact us in advance to enquire about the inclusive courier cost if required. All faulty or cancelled items must be sent back to our shop with original packaging and all accessories.
