Yes! PC-Point is compatible with standard Windows touch till hardware, 80mm ESC/POS USB and serial thermal printers (Epson, Star, Munbyn, Xprinter, Rongta), standard RJ11/RJ12 till drawers, and standard UK 56K USB/serial Caller ID modems. You do not need to throw away your existing equipment.

Do I have to switch my card machine or pay transaction commissions?

No! Unlike Square, Toast, or Clover that force you to process payments through them at high transaction rates (1.75%–2.9%), PC-Point never skims any commission off your card revenue. You can use your existing Dojo, Barclaycard, Worldpay, Takepayments, or SumUp terminal, or take pure cash.

What happens if our shop internet broadband goes down on a Friday night?

Nothing stops. PC-Point operates with 100% offline autonomy.
